About Chef Peter Miller
To me, there's no great chef without a great team.
A seasoned and professional culinary Chef with over twenty years experience in the culinary industry. Chef Peter owns and runs several high profile businesses, including the hugely successful Pete’s Sweets; a complete catering service for corporate and social events, including brunch, high tea, dinner and dessert menus.
After attaining a Degree in Culinary Arts from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute in 1991, Chef Peter was hired by world renowned fine dining Restaurant Michael's of Santa Monica. He worked his way up the kitchen brigade to prep cook to Sous Chef. After a rewarding four years at Michael's, Chef Peter was hired at a high profile catering company, to join their team as a supervising Catering Chef. He personally created menus for many exclusive clients as well as organizing huge fundraisers with menus designed to feed hundreds of people.
In 1997, Chef Peter used his wealth of experience in the food industry to established several businesses of his own. He bases his cooking philosophy on the fresh, healthy, organic, and delicious ingredients he had used to prepare meals throughout his culinary career, bringing his culture, experience, and passion into each one of his dishes.
